Beta Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Beta software can change. Muralis Composer is provided for evaluation and feedback while it is in beta. Back up your WordPress site before installing or updating it.

1. Beta access

Access is invitation-based and may be subject to a beta code, an activation limit, and an expiry date shown when access is issued. Keep your code private. Do not sell, share, or publish your personal access link or code.

2. Permitted use

You may install and evaluate the beta for your own testing during the authorised period. Do not use it to break laws, interfere with systems, bypass license controls, or attempt to access another tester’s information or account.

3. Pre-release software

The software may contain bugs, change without notice, or have features removed. Do not rely on a beta build as the sole means of maintaining a live or business-critical website. Keep independent backups and test updates on a staging site where possible.

4. Feedback

You may choose to send feedback, ideas, or bug reports. Please do not submit confidential information or personal information about other people without permission. We may use feedback to evaluate and improve Muralis Composer, without identifying you publicly unless we obtain your permission.

5. Availability and support

Beta access, downloads, updates, and support may be interrupted or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every theme or plugin, or that every reported issue will be fixed.

6. Security and backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups, controlling who can access your WordPress installation, and testing the software in an appropriate environment. Report suspected security issues to kreativ.ofive@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual property

Muralis Composer, its branding, and associated materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms grant only limited permission to evaluate the beta; they do not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the software.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or revoke beta access where necessary for security, misuse, breach of these terms, or the end of the beta programme. On expiry or revocation, stop using the beta build and remove it if requested.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is supplied “as is” without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: kreativ.ofive@gmail.com.

Note: These beta terms are a practical draft and should be reviewed for the final product and intended markets before commercial launch.
