In short: Muralis Composer beta collects the information you provide to manage beta access, send essential access emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
Muralis Composer is developed by Nineteen O’Five Studios (“we”, “us” or “our”), based in Ghana. For privacy questions or requests, contact kreativ.ofive@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- Beta signup: your email address, and your name or note if you choose to provide them.
- Beta feedback: the answers and written comments you submit, optional contact email, and basic submission time.
- License and delivery records: beta code, activation/site information, access expiry, invitation delivery status, and download counts needed to administer beta access.
- Basic site analytics: page path and random browser visitor/session identifiers. The analytics service hashes the identifiers before storing them for aggregate page-view and unique-visitor counts.
- Technical information: information a service provider may process to deliver or secure the site, such as request and error logs.
3. How we use it
- Review and manage beta applications and invitations.
- Send access codes, download links, important beta updates, and replies you request.
- Validate licenses, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and provide plugin updates.
- Read feedback and improve Muralis Composer.
- Understand general site usage and maintain security.
- Meet legal obligations and handle legitimate security or operational needs.
We do not use your signup email for unrelated promotional mailing lists. If we introduce separate marketing emails, we will request the appropriate consent first.
4. When we share information
We use service providers to run the beta, including Supabase for database/backend services, Cloudflare for website hosting, and an email provider such as Resend or Brevo depending on configuration. Those providers process information to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or our rights.
These providers may process data in countries outside Ghana. The exact storage and processing locations depend on provider configuration and may change.
5. How long we keep it
We keep beta signup, license, and feedback information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the beta, maintain security and support, evaluate feedback, and meet applicable legal obligations. We may retain limited records to prevent abuse or document license activity. We do not currently promise a fixed deletion period; you can email us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we need to retain.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct inaccurate information, object to or request restriction of certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request deletion. Email kreativ.ofive@gmail.com from the address associated with your beta access. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before acting.
You can choose not to provide optional information. If you do not provide an email address, we may not be able to manage your beta access or send the information needed to participate.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including access controls and restricted backend operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in beta feedback.
8. Children
The beta is intended for people who can legally agree to its terms. If you are under the age required to provide consent under applicable law, please involve a parent or guardian before submitting personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.
10. Questions or complaints
Contact us at kreativ.ofive@gmail.com. You may also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission for information about your rights and complaint options: DPC — For Individuals.
Before launch: Please confirm the legal entity/address responsible for the service, the actual email provider and data-region settings, your retention process, and any applicable Data Protection Commission registration obligations. This notice is a practical draft, not a legal opinion.
